Overview
We are currently recruiting for Cleaners to work for an exciting new cleaning services business in the Ribble Valley areas.
This is an opportunity to grow with a new business being responsible for pre-booked end of tenancy cleans, general cleans, holiday let clean and other cleaning appointments during the daytime. There will be extra working hours (evenings/weekends) available if desired. The key to our recruitment for this role - we are looking for persons with a 'can-do' attitude, who will take pride in their working standards and in representing our growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various domestic areas such as detailed above;
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized, polished, and free of dirt or debris;
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness;
- Restock supplies if required to ensure continuous working;
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution;
- Maintain positive communication with company directors and ensure cleaning activities are logged and completed to standard;
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; we are open to providing opportunities to those who may be looking for work either for the first time or who want a change in career - we are all about the right people;
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in every task;
- Ability to work independently whilst following protocols;
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift;
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills;
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Clean DBS certificate
- Valid UK driving licence
