Job Summary
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Landscapers / ground workers and labourers to join our team.
You must be skilled and experienced landscaper / groundwork / labourer.
As a skilled landscaper you need to have experience in all aspects of landscaping - bricklaying, paving, fencing etc. and be able to manage your job and team from start to finish, including being organised with material ordering to keep your job running smoothly.
As an experienced labourer you are required to have a good knowledge and experience in servicing tradesmen.
Excellent customer service is something we pride ourselves on, so it is important that you are able to communicate with the client, as well as with your team.
We are based in the High Wycombe area, but do jobs all around the County.
You will need to have a clean driving licence and your own reliable transport.
Duties
- All manor of landscaping / groundworks / labouring - working as a team.
- Use hand tools for tasks like digging, edging, and planting with precision.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading land, and setting out landscape features.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience in landscaping - some skills or all in: bricklaying, paving (porclaine and sandstone), fencing, excavation and setting out, knowledge of laser levels for falls and grades.
Pay: £12.21-£20.00 per hour
