Are you a passionate and caring Early Years Educator looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? Little Delwood is seeking a dedicated team member, as we are growing across the nursery, to join our warm and welcoming team.
This job role is for full time but also part time working patterns will also be considered.
About the Role:
As a Early Years Educator, you will:
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children.
- Support children's early development through play, sensory activities, and interactions.
- Follow the EYFS framework to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
- Work closely with parents and carers to build strong relationships and support home learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging space for the children.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
About You:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children from 3 months to 5 years.
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
