Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all attendees
- Crowd control and access management
- Conflict resolution and incident reporting
- Customer service and engaging positively with the public
- Patrolling event perimeters and responding to emergencies
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Security Licence (required)
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Prior event or crowd control experience is a bonus but not essential
