Sports Coach – Breakfast, Lunch & Afterschool Clubs

About Us
Our Camps work in direct partnership with councils and local authority partners to provide free holiday camps for children eligible for free school meals. We believe every child deserves a positive and enriching experience.
Following the success of our holiday programmes, we have expanded into delivering before and after school clubs across the borough of Kingston upon Thames. We are now looking to grow this further by bringing high-quality sports provision to even more children.
Our sessions are delivered by professionally qualified coaches who create fun, inclusive environments where children can develop their fundamental movement skills and build confidence.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Sports Coaches to deliver engaging morning, lunchtime, and afterschool clubs in local primary schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, structured sports sessions for children
- Teach and demonstrate skills, techniques, and game play
- Support children in developing physical skills, confidence, and teamwork
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants
- Monitor progress and provide encouragement and feedback
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Work collaboratively with school staff and the wider coaching team
Requirements
- Previous experience coaching sports, particularly with children
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports and activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- A positive, energetic, and patient approach
- Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable)

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
