Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and professional Front of House team member / Bartender to join our small team in this exciting new coastal restaurant in Blakeney.
The successful candidate will be able to create a welcoming atmosphere while serving / preparing and serving beverages in a small buzzy restaurant.
You'll be working with a quality food and beverage program with low intervention wines and small batch drinks and individuals who have 30 years of hospitality experience in some of the best restaurant, bars and pubs in London.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders with attentiveness and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is essential.
- Additional wine training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
