About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling product enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Sales & Commercial Growth: Support daily sales activities, contribute to team targets, and learn to identify customer needs to explain product benefits clearly.
- Operations & Leadership Development: Participate actively in our structured mentorship programmes, gaining exposure to daily business operations, stock management, and team coordination.
- Compliance: Assist supervisors with operational tasks while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, sales, hospitality, or call centres) is advantageous, but full training is provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional manner when speaking with the public.
- Strong team-working abilities with a proactive approach to learning new skills.
- Basic IT literacy and comfort working with numbers.
