Job Title: FTG Supervisor
Department: Retail
Responsible to: Store Manager
Job Purpose: To ensure the running of the FTG Department to ensure hygiene standards are kept to the highest standard. Customer service is kept to a high standard
Duties and Responsibilities
The allocation of work duties to other members of the FTG team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times.
Assist in the induction, training and supervision, of employees within the FTG Department in basic job skills under the direction of Management.
To provide a high standard of service to all customers at any given time.
To assist the FTG Manager (where applicable) in the preparation of menus and budgets for the department.
To exercise and enforce constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence.
To report and record any hazards, accidents and incidents in line with the Company Procedure.
To carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded.
To ensure stock is displayed in the correct position to attract sales, the correct price is displayed and waste recording procedure is being followed.
To prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.
