- Assist in stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and managing stock levels efficiently
- Communicate product features, benefits, and gardening tips clearly in multiple languages including English and Spanish
- Support store organization through effective planning and coordination of gardening-related events or promotions
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the retail space, including outdoor garden sections when applicable
