We are looking for a mature, responsible & trustworthy individual who can first & foremost, be great with customers. You will serve a variety of drinks from beer to making cocktails. You must be able to comprehend & follow instructions & specifications, maintain pub cleanliness & follow checklists. You must be forthcoming in asking for ID & monitoring alcohol consumption . Use till & process cash & credit card payments accurately. Replenish stock. Get familiar with food & drink menus. Be a team player. Undertake & complete online training. Serve food to customers. Help in other areas as required. Would suit someone looking to only work on a part time or casual basis or as a second job. Weekdays as well as evenings & weekends due to industry. Experience is preferred.
