Due to further growth We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and reliable Security contractors to provide security services across venues in Kingston upon Hull and surrounding areas.
This opportunity is strictly for self-employed security contractors and does not constitute an employed position.
Role Overview:
Contractors will be required to Conduct search procedures in accordance with SIA standards and venue policies
Demonstrate effective conflict management, handling incidents in a calm, professional, and compliant manner
Maintain a confident, approachable, and authoritative presence
Be smartly dressed and presentable at all times
Show a high degree of attention to detail
Reassure casualties during incidents and, where required, administer emergency first aid until additional support arrives
Work as part of a security team, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues and venue staff/partners
Occasional alternative assignments may be offered subject to operational requirements
Applicants must understand this role is primarily focused on door supervision duties
Essential Requirements:
Valid and in-date SIA Door Supervisor and/or Close Protection Licence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively when required
Capacity to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Ability to communicate efficiently on a radio
Contract Details:
Rate: £15.00 per hour
PAYMENT TERMS-7 DAYS (upon producing a valid invoice and confirmation from management of hours)
Status: Self-Employed Contractor Only
UTR Number & Invoicing Required (Guidance can be provided to suitable contractors unfamiliar with invoicing systems)
Agreement to Terms and conditions set out by MOUNTAIN SECURITY LTD (no services can be started until agreement of terms and conditions)
Additional Information:
Own vehicle preferred but not essential (transport provided with fuel deductions)
Work locations may vary across the listed areas
