A Vacancy has arisen within our I.T Department, for the position of I.T Systems Engineer,
based at our Heanor Offices.
We are looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with relevant I.T.-related
qualifications, hardware and software implementation and maintenance experience, to
support our users and systems across sites in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Essential skills and experience:
- Firewall and networking knowledge
- In-depth Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and roles including Hyper-V
- DHCP, DNS
- Project rollouts, aiding the scoping and deployment of IT projects
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Scripting automation and powershell
- Microsoft Office & Exchange Email
- 2nd/3rd line support
- Server maintenance and system patching
- Full UK Driving License & transport
The role principally covers Monday to Friday office hours, but as we operate 24/7, some out-of-hours work will be required from time to time, on a rota call out basis or for planned maintenance.
Your salary, which will include free unlimited bus travel across the trentbarton network for you and a partner, will be relevant to your experience and qualifications.
