Job Description:
We are looking for creative and skilled Decorators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will decorate a variety of our handmade bakery products, including cakes, brownies, Biskies, loaf cakes and more. You'll be creating beautiful, high-quality decorative elements, from detailed inscriptions to unique toppings and designs.
- Day Shifts: 8 hours long, starting at 08:00am, 09:00am, or 10:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorate a variety of baked products to company standards, including, wedding cakes, brownies, Biskies, loaf cakes and more with a focus on precisely applying icing, toppings, and other decorative elements.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production demands.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety and health & safety guidelines.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional decorating experience in a high-volume bakery or similar role.
- Strong artistic ability and an excellent eye for detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying production demands and seasonal products.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- With uniform provided, be comfortable working in a commercial kitchen with both chilled and ambient areas.
