NEW HOMES SALES CONSULTANT - RETIREMENT SECTOR
4 DAYS PER WEEK, working Wednesday- Saturday
SALARY £22,000 plus sales commission
Brand new retirement development in Chigwell, Essex requires a Sales Consultant with proven Customer Service and Selling Skills.
Based on-site in our stunning sales suite, you will help to launch the latest retirement estate in the Cognatum family.
MAIN DUTIES
·This role is essential to the success of Cognatum Property as it delivers a high quality and successful sales and marketing offering to Cognatum’s new development partners. This role makes the following key contributions.
· To meet and escort potential purchasers to achieve sales for a variety of development partners on newly constructed estates both pre and post practical completion. Where necessary negotiating sales prices to maximise sales values in accordance with the delegated authorisations in place at the time.
· To manage the show homes and ensure they are always ready for viewings and present the best possible image to visiting potential purchasers. Coordinating events as needed.
· To participate in and contribute to the delivery of all marketing activity and sales particulars; ensuring that they reflect the best possible image of the estate and support the sale of the properties.
· To coordinate and lead the activities of the sales agents. Ensuring that all leads are followed in a timely way, databases are maintained and up to date and that correct, quality information is provided to potential purchasers maximising sales potential and achieving maximum values. Recording all sales activity on Expert Agent or its equivalent system in a timely manner.
· To provide information to Head Office to complete the memorandum of sales for each sale and follow through to ensure the sales complete as swiftly as possible.
· Provide monthly reports on sales progress to all development partners on a site by site basis.
· To cover the other Sales Executives in achieving the new sales on other sites.
· Undertaking appropriate tasks to support the aims, goals and objectives of Cognatum Property as part of Cognatum Estates as assigned by your line manager.
