Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate School Engagement Specialist to serve as a vital link between educational institutions and our organisation. In this role, you will actively foster relationships with schools, educators, students, and community partners to promote our employers programmes and initiatives. Your energetic approach will help inspire engagement, facilitate meaningful collaborations, and ensure that our educational outreach efforts resonate effectively across diverse communities. This role would ideally suit someone who is highly organised, customer focused and passionate about supporting young people to access impactful educational experiences.
Key Duties:
- Liaise with our school and college partners to deliver our outreach programme.
- Organise and manage school visits, presentations, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our school partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with educators and community leaders to identify opportunities for partnership and programme expansion.
- Maintain detailed records of engagement activities, feedback, and partnership progress.
- Manage multiple inboxes, responding to queries clearly and professionally.
- Support our marketing team with digital content distribution as required.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to relationship building.
- Ability to organise events, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with enthusiasm.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling data.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills including, sorting, filtering and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with educational settings or youth programmes or previous experience in an administrative, data or operations support role would be desirable.
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
