This will be a warm, modern, community‑anchored space — somewhere people come for great coffee, fresh food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
This is a rare opportunity to join before the doors open. You’ll help shape the layout, furniture, customer flow, menu, and atmosphere — and then lead the café day‑to‑day with pride, professionalism and heartfelt hospitality.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership, excellent customer service, solid operational skills and the technical knowledge needed to set up a fully functioning café from scratch.
If you love independent coffee culture, enjoy operational flow, leading teams, and want to help build a café that becomes part of Eastville’s daily rhythm, this role is for you.

- Hire Staff, manage rotas, labour costs and daily staffing needs.
- Oversee supply chain, stock management, ordering and cost control.
- Open and close the café, including cash handling and daily checks.

- Understanding of basic cooking processes and food‑prep equipment needs
- Coordinate customer orders, including Titan office orders and community requests.
Team Culture & Development
- Train, coach and develop your team, keeping standards consistently high.
- Build a positive, supportive, motivated team culture.
- Lead by example — professionalism, hospitality and teamwork at the core.
