Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
We are currently recruiting for a Packing Operative to join a busy and friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can maintain focus when carrying out repetitive tasks.
The position involves packing products to a high standard, ensuring all items are correctly prepared, labelled, and ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing products accurately and efficiently in line with company standards.
- Bagging items and preparing them for dispatch.
- Applying labels and ensuring all packaging information is correct.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following packing procedures and production schedules.
- Meeting daily productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
- Good organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous Warehouse, packing or production experience is essential.
