We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in a busy, high-energy coffee shop where quality, consistency, and great service matter every day.
Currently we have a weekend position with a possibility of an extra day during the week (16-24h per week)

What the role involves
- Preparing high-quality coffees, drinks, and food with consistency and attention to detail
- Delivering warm, confident customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Actively upselling and recommending products in a natural, genuine way
- Keeping food displays fresh, well-presented, and visually appealing throughout the day
- Ensuring retail shelves are fully stocked, organised, and always inviting to customers
- Building strong product knowledge across coffee, food, and retail items to confidently support and guide customers
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the coffee shop
- Taking responsibility for shared daily and weekly cleaning tasks as part of a reliable team system
What we are looking for
- Previous barista experience is essential
- A genuine passion for coffee — this is a big advantage and something we value highly
- Strong reliability — we need people who are consistently punctual, dependable, and take responsibility for their role
- Confidence in upselling and engaging customers in a natural, friendly way
- A strong understanding of product knowledge and willingness to learn quickly
- Someone who works proactively
- Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- A team player who takes pride in doing things properly, even during busy periods
- Comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: £12.50-£12.88 per hour
