Purpose
To support the day-to-day administration of the Sales and Transport department.
Role and Responsibilities
· Process customer orders and order amendments accurately and within agreed timescales.
· Produce daily transport load plans based on customer orders and communicate schedules to approved third-party logistics providers.
· Monitor deliveries and liaise with customers, hauliers and internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
· Prepare packing sheets for Northern Ireland (Larne) deliveries and complete export documentation.
· Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and investigate any missing or outstanding PODs.
· Manage IFCO, CHEP and Digipal accounts, including stock control, ordering, collections, transfers and all associated online portal administration.
· Coordinate tray and pallet movements with growers, customers and third-party logistics providers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimise hire costs.
· Process transport, pallet and other operational invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
· Maintain accurate operational records by processing daily despatch documentation, updating internal spreadsheets and filing documentation in line with company procedures
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, transport or customer service environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Role Specifics
- £15.02 per hour
- £1249.20 achievable annual bonus
- 24 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- 4 day (38 hours) working week, 1 day weekend required
