About the Role
Brockworth Link is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to support our youth provision for Coopers Edge Youth Club.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, has good IT skills and would like to support a local charity making a positive difference to young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Input attendance and membership data following weekly youth club sessions.
- Add new members to our online membership and attendance system.
- Create posters, flyers and promotional materials for youth activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Support the promotion of youth activities through printed materials and, where appropriate, social media.
- Extract and download data from mobile phones as and when required, in line with Brockworth Link policies, data protection legislation and appropriate authorisation.
- Undertake additional administrative duties on behalf of Brockworth Link where appropriate and within contracted working hours.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Has good attention to detail and can maintain accurate records.
- Has experience creating attractive posters or publicity materials using software such as Canva, Microsoft Publisher or similar.
- Can work independently and manage their own workload.
- Has good communication skills and enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team.
- Shares our commitment to supporting children and young people.
- Is willing to undertake a Basic DBS check.
