Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Floor Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our establishment by assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organising ingredients and setting up stations.
- Support the serving team by refilling supplies, clearing tables, and ensuring guest areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient meal delivery and address any special dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all guest service areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Contribute positively to the team environment by demonstrating effective communication skills and a professional attitude.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in kitchen environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A friendly demeanour with good phone etiquette and guest service skills.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
