P. Proudlove & Son Ltd are looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our friendly, family-run team. We offer a varied workload including structural steelwork and bespoke fabrication projects, both in the workshop and on-site.

The Role
- Fabrication and welding of structural steelwork from engineering drawings
- Producing bespoke fabrications based on customer requirements
- Working both in the workshop and on-site when required
- Collaborating as part of a small, hands-on team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred (MIG/TIG/MMA beneficial)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and a flexible, adaptable approach
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Pay & Benefits
- £13–£16 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)
- Overtime available (weekdays and weekends)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
