We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and develop our people strategy.
Working alongside our HR Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape Learning & Development across our growing organisation. You will need to build capability, develop talent and create a culture of continuous learning.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, you'll lead our Learning & Development function, designing and delivering initiatives that support both our people and the wider business. This is a strategic, hands-on role with the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver our Learning & Development strategy.
- Design and implement engaging learning programmes.
- Identify development needs and deliver practical solutions.
- Support leadership development, succession planning and career progression.
- Enhance induction, performance management and employee development.
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive learning culture across the organisation.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience in Learning & Development or People Development.
- A track record of designing and delivering successful learning initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for developing people.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
