Location: Maidstone, Kent
Full-Time | PAYE Position
Salary: £26,000 – £38,000+ depending on experience
Kemps Landscaping Ltd are an APL Accredited landscaping company specialising in high-quality garden design, build and maintenance projects across Kent.
Following continued growth and being booked well into 2027, we are now looking for an experienced landscaper to join our growing team.
We are not just looking for another pair of hands. We are looking for somebody who genuinely takes pride in their workmanship, wants to develop their skills and become part of a professional long-term team.

The Role:
- All types of paving installation
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Steps and retaining walls
- Fencing and screening
- Turfing and groundwork
- Drainage installation
- General hard and soft landscaping
- Operating machinery safely and competently
- Working on high-end residential projects across Kent
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years landscaping experience
- Competent operating machinery
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Full UK driving licence preferred
