Swansway Motor Group is looking for a dedicated Car delivery driver to join our esteemed dealership on a full-time basis. As a Driver at Swansway, you will have the vital role of providing prompt collection and delivery of vehicles to our valued customers in the local area, nurturing and maintaining excellent customer relationships along the way.
The role of a Service Driver at Swansway is essential for ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and collecting customer vehicles for service or repair.
- Planning cost and time-effective routes for collections and deliveries.
- Keeping colleagues informed of any delays or changes to plans.
- Ensuring a detailed handover to customers for all demo and replacement vehicles.
- Communicating details of work completed, invoice, and handover pack on vehicle return.
To be successful as a Service Driver, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full Driving licence
- You must be 21 and above due to insurance regulations.
- Level 1 or 2 (recovery driver accepted)
- Previous driving experience is desirable.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience in managing your own workload.
- A can-do attitude that embraces challenges.
