What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leadcare Staff Nurse, you'll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care, including:
- Assessing, planning and delivering individualised nursing care
- Administering and managing medication safely
- Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their condition
- Completing clinical observations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants and care staff
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Following safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical procedures
- Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
To join our nursing team, you'll need:
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum 6 months' recent nursing experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and clinical skills
- A professional, reliable and caring approach
- Flexibility to work across available placements
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
