In this role, you will support complex, large scale HR transformation programmes, translating operating model design ambition into actionable, enterprise wide change.
As a HR Operating Model Specialist, you will shape how our People function delivers high‑quality, efficient and future‑ready services. Working within Employee Experience & HR team, you will contribute to the design and optimisation of operating models, enabling seamless, insight‑driven and scalable HR ecosystems that supports our clients’ organisational strategy and enhances the employee experience.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Supporting the delivery of HR transformation projects, contributing to operating model design, process improvement, workforce analysis and change management
- Reviewing and optimising end‑to‑end HR processes, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, clarity, governance and cross‑functional alignment.
- Undertaking research, analytics, and benchmarking activities to identify issues and generate data‑driven insights that help to shape client strategies.
- Supporting the adoption of new ways of working, embedding continuous improvement, capability uplift and a culture of operational excellence across our clients’ organisations.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership.
