We're looking for a Weekend Party Host to join our Catering team at Odds Farm Park. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding experiences for our birthday party guests.
As a Party Host, you will be the face of our children's parties, ensuring every celebration is fun, organised, and memorable from start to finish. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent hospitality, maintaining presentation and food hygiene standards, and ensuring party areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
Working Hours
This position is for 16 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday from 09:15–17:45.
As an important member of our weekend team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional birthday party experiences during some of our busiest and most exciting periods. Additional hours may be available during peak seasons, school holidays, and special events, offering the opportunity to increase your earnings while remaining part of a supportive and family-friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host and coordinate children's birthday parties, ensuring every celebration runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for children, parents, and guests.
- Set up and prepare party rooms to a high standard of presentation before each event.
- Serve food and drinks safely and professionally in line with company procedures.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout party areas and catering spaces.
- Ensure tables, party rooms, equipment, and guest areas are clean, tidy, and ready for arrival.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Proactively identify tasks that need attention and support colleagues to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle guest questions and requests confidently and professionally.
- Assist with clearing down and resetting party spaces between events.
- Work closely with the wider catering and visitor experience teams to deliver seamless events.

- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, events, childcare, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
