We are looking for a Donor Provision Coordinator to join our Donor Provision team.
Title: Donor Provision Coordinator
Salary: £33,805 per annum
Contract: 12 months fixed-term - Maternity Cover
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Job Summary:
Manage a continually changing workload of donor work ups for patient transplants, and medical research all with competing priorities
Liaise extensively with donors, Transplant Centres, customers and stakeholders, providing accurate, timely and concise information, always delivering excellent customer service
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to multitask and prioritise, always maintain a complete review of your caseload and be able to work in a high-pressure environment. You will be used to working in a role requiring a high level of admin and will be highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team.
