Position
Sports coach assistant. Working one afternoon per week in term time Tuesday and Friday Afternoons in South Lincolnshire. There are opportunities for additional hours and holiday work for the right candidate. Working with other coaches to support sessions in a Primary school setting.

*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a genuine enthusiasm for educating individuals in various sports disciplines.
*Responsibilities*
- Support the delivery of engaging sports coaching sessions to individuals or groups
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve participants' skills
- Work with small groups and individuals who require extra support
- Supervise sports activities and events
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions
- Monitor progress and performance of participants
*Qualifications/Experience*
- Experience in sports coaching (desirable)
- Recognised coaching qualifications (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best
- Knowledge of different sports disciplines
