Altrincham Baptist Church is seeking a compassionate and driven Community Lead to run the ‘community hub’ at The Hub Community Centre. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key bridge between the church, Trafford Council, and our local neighbourhood, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate support services.
From leading an incredible team of staff and volunteers to managing strategic partnerships and shaping local wellbeing initiatives like Live Well, this role is at the very heart of our mission to reveal the Kingdom of God. Our organisation
We are a thriving community centre based in Altrincham, run and resourced by Altrincham Baptist Church, in partnership with Trafford Council and our amazing volunteer and staff team. Our work is deeply rooted in our Christian faith and our desire to share God’s love in practical, life-changing ways. As one of Trafford's designated 'community hubs' we work closely with the council and local partners to provide grass roots support and direct access to vital services for local residents.
