About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring young people receive the highest standard of care and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a motivated residential team
- Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
- Supporting staff recruitment, retention, and development
- Promoting a positive and nurturing culture within the home
- Managing service quality and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
