Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wedding Manager to lead the planning and execution of unforgettable wedding events. Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their wedding day
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and service teams to manage logistics, decor, catering, entertainment, and other event elements
- Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client’s experience while meeting revenue goals
- Manage on-site event setup, oversee the event flow, and troubleshoot any issues promptly to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all planning stages, vendor contacts, contracts, and client communications
- Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest needs efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant management, hotel operations, or event planning—preferably within wedding or large-scale event settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services or products to maximize revenue opportunities
- Exceptional time management skills to coordinate various aspects of event planning and execution smoothly
- Knowledge of fundraising or charity events is a plus but not required
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating memorable celebrations

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
