We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning services demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
