- Support with medication administration according to prescribed schedules and protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, promoting health and well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and foster positive mental health.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques using proper body mechanics to prevent injury.
- Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members about client status.
