Here at New Formation Education, we're working with a number of primary schools across South London who are searching for new support staff to join their teams in January. We're currently working with primary schools that are looking for long-term, full-time classroom assistants, special needs support and those wanting to train as teachers in Lewisham.

The ideal candidate will:
- Degrees in Math's, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts are ideal, but we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this
- Have some experience working with children/ young people, e.g., youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering will all be considered. A willingness to learn is essential
- Be positive, friendly, confident, outgoing, and unflappable under pressure
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time (Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm)
