We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator who is highly organised, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do - we are looking for someone who can prioritise workloads, solve problems independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Every day is different. One minute you may be arranging maintenance, the next dealing with a landlord, completing compliance checks or coordinating property inspections. This really is a flexible job where you can manage you own time
You will work a mix of home - office - on site at various properties no two days will be the same. Full training and support will be given along with a TOIL flexible leave system
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring every customer receives a prompt, professional and friendly response.
- Book and coordinate property viewings, inspections, inventories and contractor appointments.
- Progress tenancy applications from enquiry through to move-in.
- Complete referencing and Right to Rent checks.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, prescribed information and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors throughout the tenancy.
- Arrange gas, electrical, EPC and compliance inspections, ensuring no certificates expire.
- Monitor maintenance issues, obtain quotations and oversee works through to completion.
- Carry out property inspections where required.
- Advertise available properties on major portals and social media.
- Keep Alto, Goodlord, Dropbox and company systems fully updated.
- Maintain accurate notes and records on every property.
- Work closely with the directors and senior Lettings administrator to continually improve systems and customer service.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle insured for business use.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently from a home-based office when required.
- Flexibility to attend appointments across Nottinghamshire.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
