HausenCare is a London-based property repair and maintenance company. We look after residential properties for estate agents, lettings agencies and block managers across London — keeping homes safe, working and well cared for. We're a growing team, and we're looking for a skilled multi-trader to join us.
The role
You'll be out on the road each day, visiting four to five addresses to carry out small maintenance jobs in residential properties. The work is varied
You'll work from a job list on your phone, manage your own time between addresses, and deal directly with tenants and agents. We'll give you a van, a fuel card and everything you need to get the job done properly.
What you'll be doing
- Small plumbing repairs — taps, leaks, WCs, basins and showers
- Basic electrical work — sockets, switches, light fittings and fault finding
- General repairs and handyman work — doors, locks, fixings, sealant and making good
- Keeping simple records of each job with photos and a short note of what you found and fixed
What you need
- A full UK driving licence
- Multi-trade experience
- Right to work in the UK
- A smartphone
Pay: £25,420.00-£48,254.99 per year
