We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team at Clarks Morpeth.
As a member of our store team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect footwear, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You'll receive training in Clarks' renowned measuring and fitting service, allowing you to provide expert advice and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Measuring and fitting footwear using Clarks' specialist fitting techniques.
- Providing expert product advice and recommendations.
- Supporting customers with their footwear and accessory purchases.
- Promoting additional products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

- Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
