Part-Time Front of House Receptionist – Duo Clinic

Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated Part-Time Front of House Receptionist to join our team.
This is a part-time, front-facing role for someone who is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience, has excellent organisational skills and thrives in a busy clinic environment.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or a fast-paced front-of-house environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warm, confident, and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Confident using Outlook, WhatsApp, and electronic booking/administration systems.
- Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discreet and professional approach with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Flexible, positive, and willing to go above and beyond for patients and the team.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.
- Manage check-ins, appointments, bookings, cancellations, and patient enquiries.
- Answer calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete general administrative tasks.
- Liaise with practitioners and the wider team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
- Handle all patient information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Support the team with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
The Role
This is a part-time, in-person position with fixed working hours.
The clinic is open 6 days per week and has three late evenings per week. We expect all members of our team to be flexible, reliable, dependable and willing to work collaboratively to ensure the clinic operates to the highest possible standard.
