Job Purpose
The Refrigeration Service Manager is responsible for the overall management of the service, repair, maintenance, and installation departments. This includes overseeing engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and all service operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving company targets.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial refrigeration.
- Previous experience managing refrigeration engineers and service operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and fault diagnosis.
- Experience managing installation jobs.
- F-Gas qualified.
- Excellent planning, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and profitability.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Full UK driving licence.
