The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting student recruitment and marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development: Proactively identifying and engaging potential students and clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Sales & recruitment activities: Supporting recruitment campaigns, direct outreach, cold calling, and sales initiatives aligned with partner universities and colleges
- Digital & social media marketing: Planning, implementing, and monitoring social media activity to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Student guidance: Introducing prospective students to suitable courses and education providers and advising them throughout the decision-making process
- Application support: Assisting candidates through the full application journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment
- Market knowledge: Developing in-depth knowledge of the UK higher education sector and becoming a trusted advisor to students
