Spick & Span Cleaning Services are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-focused cleaners to join our growing team.
We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities across West Sussex, Crawley and Brighton, working across regular domestic cleans, Airbnb properties and End of Tenancy cleans.

You should be:
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Experienced in domestic, Airbnb or professional cleaning
- Thorough and detail-oriented
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently
- A good communicator and team player
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, trustworthy and presentable
Requirements
- You must have your own reliable vehicle
- You must hold a valid UK driving licence
- You must be able to travel to properties across West Sussex, Crawley and Brighton
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred

Our cleaners play an important part in maintaining the high standards our clients expect. You’ll be responsible for completing cleans thoroughly and professionally, following our cleaning standards and communicating with the team when required.
