Successful applicants will exhibit the following abilities: -
- Handling email and telephone enquiries from both internal teams and external customers
- Supporting day-to-day office operations, including welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing data entry processes from initial quotation through to product delivery
- Preparing and issuing clear operational instructions and documentation
- Collecting and recording data to support KPI tracking and reporting
- Monitoring and maintaining office stationery supplies
- Producing graphs and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrating a self-motivated and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently to a high standard and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience:-
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Experience within an engineering environment is advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS)
