Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior New Business Executive to join our our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales and business development. You will work closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support the company's growth. The role involves utilizing CRM softwares such as Monday.com ,linked in , Zoom etc to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior business development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
