What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality business is essential
· A reliable, punctual and professional approach
· Willingness to work hard and support the wider kitchen team
· Ability to work cleanly, efficiently and stay organised during busy services
· Good understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
· Confidence washing equipment, keeping kitchen areas tidy and supporting prep where needed
· A positive team attitude and willingness to get stuck in
· Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen environment
