Your Responsibilities
As an Events Marketing Assistant, you'll:
- Support the planning and execution of live events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with the delivery of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Promote products and services at events while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Help coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and promotional displays.
- Engage with customers, answer enquiries, and communicate key campaign messages.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure events are organised and delivered successfully.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activity and customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing product, marketing, and professional development training.
