Duties
- Prepare a variety of dishes in accordance with restaurant recipes and standards

- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
- Experience with food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
