We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Support Advisor to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in a varied, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will provide professional support to healthcare practitioners, Designated Bodies and external stakeholders. You'll respond to enquiries, provide guidance on compliance requirements and ensure every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
This role combines customer service, administration and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from healthcare professionals, Designated Bodies and external stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Provide administrative support relating to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records through timely and accurate data entry.
- Analyse client enquiries and provide appropriate guidance or escalate where necessary.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery.
- Support the day-to-day administration of our governance and compliance services.
