This is a new chapter for Pizza Posto, and we are looking for a reliable, confident and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor who would like to be part of it. We want to create a supportive workplace where people are treated with respect, enjoy working together and feel valued as part of the team.
What we offer:
Pay starting from £13.50 per hour, with the possibility to increase up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills and level of responsibility

The role includes:
Supporting and supervising the team during shifts
Helping to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
Organising and coordinating staff during busy periods
Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and teamwork
Helping to resolve any issues that arise during the shift
Supporting management when required
Leading by example and helping to create a positive working atmosphere
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, organised and responsible
Can confidently lead and support a team
Works well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Is available to work evenings and weekends
Has previous restaurant or hospitality experience
